Position: Social Media Manager & Sales Representative

At Western Cosmetics, I supported the company’s digital growth and customer engagement strategy through organic content creation, community management, and frontline sales support. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, I contributed to both visual branding and client satisfaction by bridging marketing efforts with customer-facing interactions.

How the Results Were Achieved 

To build engagement, I focused on creating accessible, brand-aligned content using Canva and ensured that messaging matched the tone and style of our most engaged users. Community response was enhanced by timely, helpful replies, while CRM data helped identify loyal repeat customers and adjust our communication rhythm. My dual involvement in both marketing and sales allowed me to respond to customer pain points directly, creating a feedback loop that informed social content and improved conversions.
